Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient treatment plans.

- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and goals.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Valid RN license in New York with rehabilitation nursing experience.

- Experience in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
- Proven ability to monitor and adjust care plans based on patient progress.
