- Schedule: 3x12s rotating days/nights, in‑house call
- Setting: 24 ORs, no cardiac/CT surgery
- Cases: Full surgical spectrum + limited peds (dental, tonsils, tubes)
- Travel: May rotate between 2 close‑knit campuses (10 min apart)
- Team: Collaborative practice model with full autonomy—no residency program
