Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Nights
Rochester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, part of Centers Health Care, is seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our night unit. The position covers nights (11 PM – 7 AM), with day shift coverage every other weekend, at our 124‑bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Rochester, NY.
Base pay range$80,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr

Medical and Dental
- Handle all supervisory duties for assigned unit
- Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures
- Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice
- Maintain the standards of care for the unit
- Review resident records and quality of care
- Monitor overall care and review individual resident cases
- Address questions or complaints from residents or families
- Represent the unit’s interests with upper‑level management
- Must hold a valid NYS RN License
- 2 years of long‑term care experience preferred
- 1‑year charge nurse experience preferred
- Excellent positive attitude to act as the leader of a group
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills
