Southeast 7 provides professional nursing services for patients and their families and collaborates with other health care providers to achieve expected patient outcomes and improve the care environment.

• Accountable for competent patient care based on established standards and the nursing process.
• Assume expanded unit roles as available and assigned by the Nurse Manager, including charge nurse or preceptor.
• Support peers in delivering patient care, use appropriate team communication methods, and practice care that reflects patient condition and priorities.
• Provide support to team problem solving.
• Identify opportunities for self‑growth and contribute to the development of other learners.
• Contribute to a safe unit environment and operations.

• Minimum 6 months RN expertise in an acute care setting.
• B.S. in Nursing preferred.
• Licensed by New York State to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare providers preferred).
