LPN-Long Term Care Contract Monday-Friday (EOW) Pay starting at $33/hr

• Providing nursing care and monitoring the health status of residents.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
• Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate health records.
• Assisting residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and mobility.
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhering to infection control and safety measures to maintain a healthy environment.

• Current NY State LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
