ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York.

This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
3x12-hour shifts, either days (07::00) or nights (19::00). Rotating every other weekend.
Job Description
The MS/Tele RN will provide care for patients primarily suffering from congestive heart failure (CHF), acute myocardial infarctions (MI), post-device care (e.g., pacemakers), and patients with arrhythmias. The nurse will be responsible for cardiac monitoring, managing dysrhythmias, and responding to rapid responses and code situations.
Responsibilities
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias.
• Administer IV therapy and perform phlebotomy.
• Utilize nasal cannulas, oxygen face masks, and portable oxygen tanks.
• Implement isolation precautions as needed.
• Manage peripheral line care and wound care.
• Participate in rounding and interdisciplinary support.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Must have a valid New York nursing license in hand—no exceptions.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Med Surg/Tele environment.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience with EPIC charting is mandatory.
