Position Overview: ESO Consultant is urgently seeking experienced licensed practical nurse – medical surgical professionals for a 13-week travel assignment at Rochester General Hospital. The ideal candidate must hold an active New York LPN license and have at least 1 year of recent medical-surgical experience. This role involves managing patient care assignments with the support of an RN while ensuring exceptional clinical care in a fast-paced tertiary care environment.

EPIC charting experience is required, and local candidates within 75 miles of the facility are not eligible.

• Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Take independent patient assignments, ensuring all care protocols and standards are followed.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs as per physician orders.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in the EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver individualized and effective care plans.
• Adhere to infection control, safety policies, and hospital procedures at all times.
• Provide patient education and emotional support to both patients and families.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Licensure: Active NY LPN license (required, in hand at time of submission).
