• Performs a full range of nursing services;
• Provides direct patient care during appointments for pre and post-surgical care;
• Documents complete nursing notes into the patient record;
• Prepares patient chart in advance with information appropriate for that particular visit under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, Physician, or licensed Advanced Practice Provider (APP).

$25.79 - $33.20 an hour

• Education:
  
  Fulfilled the educational requirements to be an LPN in NYS.
• Experience:
  
  1 year of LPN experience preferred. Medical surgical experience preferred.
• License/Certification
  
  Required:
  
  Current NYS LPN license and current BLS.
• Skills:
  
  Must be able to place IVs, be a team player, be able to multitask, and have basic computer literacy skills.
