Mid 4x10-Hour Shift (13:00 - 23:30)

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Services RN with experience in diverse surgical specialties. This role entails working in an operating room setting providing patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. The candidate should be comfortable managing a variety of cases across multiple specialties.

• Assist in various surgical procedures including general, orthopedic, neuro, gynecology, urology, vascular, and thoracic surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgeons and operating room staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain a sterile environment and follow infection control protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and provide necessary support during surgeries.
• Ensure proper handling and labeling of specimens.
• Conduct patient assessments and documentation using Epic charting system.
• Participate in call rotations for emergency surgeries as required.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a surgical services role.
• Current BLS certification required; CNOR preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting system strongly preferred.
• Must hold a valid NY state nursing license.
