Hired First is seeking an experienced perioperative nurse for a complex adult cardiac surgical service in Rochester, NY. The role requires scrubbing and circulating for high-acuity procedures and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure patient safety.
The ideal candidate holds an active New York State RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications, at least 2 years of OR experience, and familiarity with CABG, TAVI/TAVR, VAD, ECMO, and transplant cases. Level 1 trauma experience is preferred.
