Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Nephrology Outpatient Clinic

Join a specialized nephrology outpatient team in a weekday-only travel assignment. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced LPN who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced clinic and providing hands‑on patient care.

• Active NY LPN license

• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience

• BLS certification

• EPIC experience required

• Outpatient/ambulatory clinic experience preferred

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Flexible, reliable, punctual, and adaptable

• Comfortable working collaboratively with the healthcare team

• Experience with rooming patients and obtaining vital signs

• Experience administering injections

• Skills in medication reconciliation, telephone triage, follow-up calls, specimen labeling, and patient history/allergy documentation preferred

• Phlebotomy experience preferred
