We are seeking experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses (RN) to join a high‑acuity surgical team at a Level 1 Trauma Center
. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of complex surgical cases and advanced procedures, including robotic and transplant surgeries.
- Orthopedics, General Surgery, Plastics
- Ophthalmic, GYN, ENT, Thoracic
- Oral‑maxillofacial and trauma cases
Da Vinci robotic systems (2 units) used across specialties
Active transplant program (liver, kidney, heart)
High‑acuity, fast‑paced OR environment
Key Responsibilities:- Scrub and circulate in a variety of surgical procedures
- Provide direct patient care in the operating room
- Maintain sterile field and adhere to aseptic technique
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Respond to on‑call and emergent surgical needs
Rotating shifts (Days/Evenings/Nights)
On‑call, callback, weekends, and holidays required
Floating based on unit needs
Requirements (Must Have):- Active NY State RN License (required)
- Minimum 2 years OR experience
- Experience in a Level 1 Trauma setting preferred
