Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Neurovascular / Moderate Sedation

Pay: $2,400 – $2,700 per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks (option to extend)
Schedule:
Day shifts
10 or 12-hour shifts
On-call required for nights and weekends
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse with moderate sedation experience to support a high-acuity Level 1 trauma center. This role involves caring for a wide variety of surgical patients across multiple specialties in a fast-paced OR environment, including neurovascular procedures.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care in the operating room across multiple surgical specialties
Administer and monitor moderate sedation
Assist in surgical procedures and maintain sterile environment
Monitor patient status throughout perioperative care
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Respond to emergency situations and trauma cases as needed

Transplant (liver, kidney, heart)
Robotic surgery (DaVinci systems)
Requirements:
Active New York RN License (required)
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience (Level 1 trauma preferred)
Moderate sedation experience required
Interventional Radiology (IR) experience required
Strong critical care and perioperative skills
