We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor – Nurse Aide Program for a flexible, part-time opportunity in Rochester, New York

Position Details:

Start Date:

ASAP
Part-time, approximately 10 hours per week
Flexible schedule
Clinical and educational setting
Opportunity to support and supervise students in a Nurse Aide Program

Qualifications:

Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) License
Clinical nursing experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to provide guidance and supervision to students in a healthcare training environment

Pay:

Up to $58.00 per hour
Up to $580 weekly

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Nurse Aide Program students
Support students in developing and applying essential nursing and patient-care skills
Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with program staff and other healthcare professionals
Help ensure students are prepared to provide safe, quality patient care
Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment
