Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – New York

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Upstate New York

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12.5-hour shifts, 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM. Full-time travel assignment with potential for block scheduling based on operational needs.

• High-acuity Emergency Department with 64 beds including acute care, triage, super track, trauma bays, clinical decision unit, and psychiatric observation
• Diverse patient population across the lifespan: newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Common case mix includes stroke, sepsis, trauma, myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure
• Specialty equipment experience includes Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun therapeutic temperature management
• EPIC electronic medical record system in use
• Charge nurse capability highly preferred; floating to other units may be required

• Active New York Registered Nurse license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department experience with pediatric patient care experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course required in hand prior to start)
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Valid driver's license and ability to provide license verification through NURSYS
