American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a night shift position requiring a NY license in hand and EPIC charting experience.

• Work in the MS/Tele unit of a hospital setting
• Cardiac monitoring with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Use of Rapid Response/Code teams for emergency response
• IV therapy, phlebotomy, and peripheral line care/management
• Respiratory care including nasal cannula, oxygen administration, oxygen tanks, and non-invasive airway management
• Isolation precautions and PPE use
• Night shift schedule, 4x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Required to work every other weekend
• Floating required

• Active NY RN license required in hand
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Tele experience required
• EPIC charting experience required

• Provide direct patient care including cardiac monitoring and emergency response within the Med/Surg Tele unit
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility
• First time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates must not have more than 10 days of requested time off
• Previous staff must have a 6-month system-wide break in employment before returning
