We are currently seeking an honest, committed and compassionate Day Nurse (Full-Time) to join our team.

Provide direct patient care and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Assist with patient assessments, physical examinations, and regular monitoring of vital signs.

Collaborate closely with our Director of Nursing (DON) and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement resident care plans.

Perform basic life support measures in emergency situations.

Document resident information accurately and efficiently using electronic health record systems.

Provide compassionate support, education, and reassurance to residents and their families.

Valid nursing license in the State of New York (RN or LPN).

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) documentation.

Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a strong commitment to working with older adults and individuals requiring rehabilitative care.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
