American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN with an active NY RN license and EPIC charting experience for a 13-week assignment at a Magnet-recognized teaching hospital.

• MS/Tele unit setting with cardiac monitoring and emergency response needs
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• 13-week assignment length
• Rotating shifts available:
  Nights (4x12, ) and Days (4x12, )
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday coverage required, if needed
• Floating required within skillset
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract without charge
• EPIC charting experience required

• Active New York Single State RN license required (pending license not accepted)
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Experience in MS/Tele with dysrhythmia interpretation and management, Rapid Response/Code team use
• Skilled in IV therapy/phlebotomy and peripheral line care/management
• Experience with nasal cannula, oxygen administration, and non-invasive airway management
• Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE use
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred

• Work at a 528-bed acute care teaching hospital that is Magnet-recognized and an Advanced Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center
• Hospital is affiliated with Cleveland Clinic and Roswell Park
• Offers specialized services through cardiac, cancer, neuroscience, pediatric, and surgical oncology programs
• Scrub color requirement: any combination of navy blue and white
• First-time travelers accepted
• RNs must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be considered; LPNs may be local
• Previous employees must have at least 6 months since their last assignment system-wide
• Candidates must have 10 days or less of requested RTO to be considered
