Role:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a Healthcare & Medical Services setting.
Key Duties- Deliver direct bedside nursing care using evidence-based practices.
- Administer medications and perform related clinical tasks safely.
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team.
- Support and implement interdisciplinary care plans.
- Document care accurately in an electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, and allied health professionals to improve patient outcomes and care experience.
- Current LPN licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, diverse healthcare environment.
- Comfort with EMR documentation and evidence-based care.
- Compassionate, patient-focused communication and teamwork.
