Established and owned by veterinarians, Lap of Love offers professional freedom and a pace that differs from in-clinic practice. Our doctors provide peaceful hospice and euthanasia services to pets in the comfort of their homes, with a community of over 350 veterinarians and support staff.
As a mobile veterinarian with Lap of Love, you’ll experience collaboration and support that help with professional fulfillment and personal well-being.
Responsibilities- Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia veterinary services to pets and support families with compassionate care.
- Deliver unfaltering patient care in a relaxed, unrushed setting and maintain high standards of client communication.
- Manage a schedule with a daily caseload designed for meaningful interaction with each pet and family (average 2-4 appointments daily).
- Collaborate with a compassionate community of veterinarians and staff to ensure quality care and professional development.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
- Availability to work some weekends
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date
