Kenrick Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team in Rochester, NY. The candidate will have experience in building trades, snow removal, and landscaping. The Grounds and Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our community buildings and grounds, and will be well-rounded from a technical and mechanical background.

• Assist with snow removal and salting during winter months. This may require the candidate to participate in snow removal on the weekends during the winter months.
• Maintain landscaping and grounds, including mowing, trimming, and plantings.
• Assist with the coordination for larger maintenance projects.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Other duties as necessary to support the team and requested by the Site Superintendent.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in building trades is a plus.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, snow blowers, and power tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
