In this position, you will apply company product to residential and commercial landscaping according to routes and customer service requests.

Training will be provided. No experience needed. We provide a fast paced and enjoyable place to work.

• Review daily route assignment and efficiently load truck
• Follow route assignment using GPS and CRM
• Apply Protective Barrier Treatment and other applications to customers property
• Complete all required forms accurately and on time
• Maintain vehicle and equipment as assigned to you
• Willing to upsell current customers and potential new customers in the field
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Write detailed notes and photos using CRM
• Effectively and graciously present information to clients in one-on-one and small group settings
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
• Team player with ability to work independently as needed
• Maintain safe driving record and reliable transportation to get to work on time
• Use and carry backpack blower throughout the work day
• Perform duties safely and effectively in various weather conditions
• Pass drug screen test
• No experience required, we are willing to train

• Company trucks and fuel cards provided
• All PPE provided
• Ability to work 8-10 hour days, 4-5 days per week
• Seasonal job Mid-April through September
• Paid training, onboarding and sign on bonus

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
