Who We AreOur ideal candidate is passionate about animal care, highly motivated, and detail oriented. Veterinary Technicians are the heartbeat of our team, working side by side with Veterinarians (DVMs) during all procedures. This part‑time position requires 20‑30 hours per week, including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Role Responsibilities- Assist veterinarians in delivering quality veterinary care and client education.
- Support surgeries and procedures in accordance with state veterinary practice regulations.
- Monitor and assess patient status.
- Collect blood and other samples for testing.
- Place catheters.
- Communicate individualized pet health concerns and Thrive Membership options to clients.
- Maintain comprehensive medical records using practice systems.
- Obtain health history and update medical charts.
- Use safe restraining techniques and keep treatment areas clean, sterile, and organized.
- Provide mentorship and support to fellow team members.
- Veterinary Technician licensure required.
- 1‑2 years of clinical experience.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an AVMA‑accredited veterinary technology program preferred; equivalent education and experience acceptable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, squat, reach, stand, and walk throughout the day.

Hourly rate $20‑25 per hour, negotiable based on credentials and experience.
