Location:

Rochester, NY (Operational Quality Laboratories)

Pay: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr (Base pay range provided by Talent Burst)

Shift: Flexible between A shift (7:00 am‑3:30 pm) and B shift (1:30 pm‑10:00 pm), with a 2‑week rotation (2 weeks on A, 2 weeks on

B).

• Execute release testing and data analysis for product release.
• Run, maintain, and troubleshoot Vitros 350, 4600, and 3400XT analyzers.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations, Product Support, and other technical support groups to ensure quality and customer expectations are met.
• Execute Vitros testing following test designs and analyze data for release of product.
• Interact with data management systems such as LIMS, SAP, Document Management Systems (Windchill), and Non‑Conformance & CAPAs.

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent; preferred science concentration.
• Previous laboratory or similar experience required.
• Willingness to learn to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Vitros 350, 4600, and 3400XT analyzers.
• Analytical knowledge required for production releases.
• Experience in QO LIMS or SAP preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of cGMPs and documentation in a regulated industry.
• Experience with documentation protocols and procedures preferred.
• Proven track record of planning, organization, teamwork, problem‑solving.
• Basic computer skills and Windows software.
• Full understanding of quality control.
• Ability to multi‑task, adapt to changing workload and work cross‑functionally.
• Experience working in a BL2 lab environment (standing, PPE, handling human samples).
