The Leasing Manager will work to support the Real Estate Team as the key organizer of the RRH Real Estate portfolio and will serve as the point person for communication with internal and external tenants.
Full Time
LOCATION: Rochester General Hospital
DEPARTMENT: Real Estate Management
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, Flexible between 7:30a-5:00p
Attributes- Prior Accounting / Commercial Real Estate experience highly desired
- Proficient at Excel, Power Point, MS Project and Word
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Team Work skills
- Must be able to organize, prioritize, and manage time.
- Enter, manage, and audit all tenant and vendor contact information on a continual basis using Yardi contact management software.
- Audits and approves all rents, payables and receivables, including common area maintenance and real estate taxes.
- Develops CAM reconciliations for tenants.
- Maintains annual budget variance and develops operating budgets based on current variables.
- Work with existing SIDER system to evaluate Real Estate requests and acquisitions.
- Initiate the internal review of draft letters of intent to lease, draft lease, lease renewals and amendments.
- Audit existing and new leases for terms and compliance.
- Prepare final lease approval documents for internal review, acceptance and signature.
- Initiates lease amendments for review and execution.
- Draft formal notices to landlord and submit for internal reviews.
- Prepare lease related check and payment requests.
- Maintain and organize lease related documentation according to best practices.
- Administer sublease portfolio (invoice subtenants, track and collect incoming payments, maintain payment documentation and processing).
- CAM reconciliations.
- Acts as a liaison with landlords, tenants and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Commercial Real Estate experience in a lease administrator, lease coordinator role or related real estate field required.
