Compensation: $21.36 - $29.90 per hour.
Job Description:
As a professional in human subject research, you will coordinate and conduct studies related to patient and caregiver reported outcome measures, longitudinal studies, and instrument translations/cultural validations. You will interact with study sponsors, recruitment partners, and patients, interpret research data, and produce written summaries for sponsors and industrial events.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct all research activities associated with the development of patient and caregiver reported outcome measures, longitudinal studies, and instrument translations/cultural validations.
- Coordinate subject recruitment, conduct patient interviews, program data instruments in REDCap, implement REDCap surveys, and monitor data collection.
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation for validation of patient and caregiver reported outcome measures.
- Assist with research grant opportunities, preparation of grant application materials, and study proposals for potential collaborators.
- Prepare grant and study sponsor milestone reports, present data to grant-making organizations or sponsors as requested.
- Disseminate research findings by drafting abstracts, presentations, and publications for peer review and industry forums.
- Participate in professional associations or organizations dedicated to the neurologic diseases addressed in the research.
- Demonstrate accountability for continuous learning and maintain current knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and trends in relevant therapeutic areas.

Minimum Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years’ experience in clinical research coordination or technology research preferred.
- Ability to perform and analyze basic statistical information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
