Ensures proper assembly and service of foods, maintains sanitation and safety, and supervises retail associates.

• Handle cash accurately and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports (inventory, cash reports, production records).
• Respond to customer needs and resolve concerns.
• Assist with menu planning and ordering using company programs.
• Open and close the department per security policies.
• Assist in recruitment, orientation, and training of associates.
• Create and post work schedules.
• Ensure associates complete daily and weekly tasks.
• Mentor, evaluate, and discipline staff per departmental policy.
• Comply with federal, state, local, and health regulations; enforce food safety, personal safety, and loss‑prevention policies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines when receiving, assembling, and distributing food.
• Use cleaning chemicals per manufacturer directions and MSDS/SDS sheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
