Ensures proper assembly and service of foods, maintains sanitation and safety, and supervises retail associates.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Handle cash accurately and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports (inventory, cash reports, production records).
- Respond to customer needs and resolve concerns.
- Assist with menu planning and ordering using company programs.
- Open and close the department per security policies.
- Assist in recruitment, orientation, and training of associates.
- Create and post work schedules.
- Ensure associates complete daily and weekly tasks.
- Mentor, evaluate, and discipline staff per departmental policy.
- Comply with federal, state, local, and health regulations; enforce food safety, personal safety, and loss‑prevention policies.
- Follow HACCP guidelines when receiving, assembling, and distributing food.
- Use cleaning chemicals per manufacturer directions and MSDS/SDS sheets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
