Pay Rate: $16.23 plus shift differentials for evenings & weekends.

Full Time Day & Part Time Evening (every other weekend availability required).

Work as a team member to provide hot, nutritious and eye-appealing meals for the residents. Duties include but are not limited to working with the Restaurant style dining program, nourishment, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and cafeteria, food preparation areas and any other duties needed.

High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to read, write, add, subtract, communicate and understand English language and follow directions.

• Perform kitchen function in assigned area following established schedule and methods
• Serve food in a restaurant style setting
• Put dishes through dishwasher, stack and sort clean dishes
• Deliver special food requests to residents
• Keep unit kitchen stocked
• General cleaning duties as assigned
• Prepare food according to NYS regulations
• Food Preparation
• All other duties as assigned

Prior food service experience preferred, but none required.
