Furniture Assembly Technician

Overview

Opportunity is part-time, ongoing Assembly work for both in-store (Nationwide Office supply chain) and in-home furniture assembly. As an Independent Contractor with SFS, Inc. you will be assembling RTA Furniture, with opportunities for those who have experience with TV Wall Mounts, Gas Grills, Sporting Goods, Bicycles, and Display Racks.

• Assemble products according to client’s written instructions
• Report client work completions on the same day as service
• Carry and lift up to 50 lbs.; bend and stand for extended periods
• Understand plan-o-grams and perform customized category resets independently
• Possess own tools and reliable transportation; some travel may be involved

• Must possess merchandising and/or commercial furniture assembly experience
• Internet access and an active email address
• Able to understand plan-o-grams and perform resets
• Ability to assemble products according to client instructions
