Job Description

Crickler Vending Company, Inc., a leader in vending and office refreshment services industry, is seeking an energetic Field Merchandiser to service the Rochester, NY region. The position offers a steady hourly income plus commission on existing customers on established routes. Applicants must be organized, detail‑oriented, able to work independently and efficiently, and able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities include:

• Service and merchandise vending machines and micro‑markets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Use a company‑owned tablet to record inventory and maintain accurate product levels.
• Ensure products are rotated and expiration dates are checked.
• Account for all proceeds assigned to you.
• Use company vehicles (a driver’s license is required) and GPS/computer technology.
• Pass comprehensive background and driving history checks.

Applicants must have prior customer service experience (preferred) and be able to work independently. Full training is provided. The schedule is Monday–Friday, early hours, day shift starting 5:00 AM.

Salary and Pay

• Training pay: $16.50 per hour (4–8 weeks)
• After training: $15.50 per hour plus weekly commission.
• Estimated annual salary: $49,000 based on 45 hours per week.

Schedule

• Day shift, 5:00 AM start.
• Monday–Friday; voluntary weekend work may be available.
• No guaranteed finish time; business needs may vary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (required).
• Ability to commute to Rochester warehouse (must have reliable transportation).

Full‑time position; PTO includes paid training.
