Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $21.00/hr

• Open and close the store, including system start‑ups, cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Process product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe, providing change as requested to cash registers.
• Model a distinctive and delightful customer experience by greeting customers, offering assistance, resolving issues, and sharing best‑practice service habits.
• Hold store keys and open/close the store in the absence of store management.
• Assist with vendor ordering, warehouse processing, and backdoor deliveries.
• Register sales, scan errors, price verifications, and voids at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and store inventory control, including first‑in, first‑out rotation.
• Create and update displays, promotional and seasonal merchandise, and perform displays resets.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcohol, tobacco). Perform bag checks and bag checks of team members before leaving the store.
• Support store cleanliness and maintenance, including exterior and interior upkeep and repair requests.
• Assist with pharmacy out window as requested and complete special assignments as assigned.
• Attend training and complete required PPLs requested by the Manager.
• Serve as a liaison between management and non‑management team members by communicating assigned tasks when store management is absent.

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)

• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• Consideration of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
• Possession of valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
