This position will support our Midwest or East Coast region. Must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states for eligibility: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, or WI.
Howyou will contribute
As a Channel Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling Asure Payroll Tax Management solutions to enterprise market companies in the assigned geography. You will be driving new business through developing and implementing a sound sales strategy, actively networking, cold calling, attending industry conferences and other creative methods for business development. You will be working with current clients to generate business by running discovery calls/demos and delivering compelling sales pitches to senior executives.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships and solid pipelines while also achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Self-generating and managing marketing generated leads to build a solid pipeline that assures quota attainment
- Setting up calls and meetings with decision makers, influencers, and senior executives
- Presenting the values of a partnership with Asure beyond just product features and functionality during all phases of the sales cycle
- Understanding the prospect’s business needs and market challenges
- Negotiating sound financial agreements which are win‑win solutions for Asure and clients
- Conducting high level product demonstrations and presenting the value of partnering with Asure with prospects and clients
- Diligently recording sales activities in Salesforce and providing accurate and realistic sales forecast
- Conducts negotiations on behalf of Asure to secure sales that represent good business within current sales framework, authorities, and practices
- Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
- Minimum of 5+ years successful experience in consultative software sales working with named accounts (current clients and partners)
- Experience selling a Payroll Tax, HCM or TLM SaaS solution preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
- Disciplined and self‑motivated to exceed quota
- Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
- Proven relationship building and client service skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, yielding exceptional results
- Pro‑active, results oriented and team‑oriented approach to sales
- Experience with , Sales Loft and other virtual selling tools such as Go To Meeting , Zoom or other comparable tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fluid presentation and persuasion skills
- Polished presenter of demos and webinars
- Proven track record of consistent over‑achievement of assigned sales quota
The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure.
