Frank’s Basement Systems is the premier waterproofing, and structural repair contractor in WNY. Our Rochester Market is growing and we are seeking experienced sales representatives to join our team! In this role you will consult with homeowners at prescheduled appointments. Your goal? To diagnose the issues they are experiencing with their home and provide the best solution for them. This long-term career opportunity can produce a six-figure income.

• Sell Company Solutions
  • Drive to customers’ homes on pre-scheduled appointments.
  • Build professional rapport with customer and determine their desired outcomes.
  • Carefully examine the customer’s home to provide an accurate diagnosis of the issues.
  • Provide necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues.
  • Complete the sale with the customer.
  • Follow up with the customer as needed.
  • Meet or exceed his/her projected monthly Average Dollar Per Lead.
• Training & Development
  • Attend the weekly sales meeting and other required meetings.
  • Participate in ride-alongs from the Sales Manager and peers.
  • Practice the sales process and follow it every time.

• Sales territory will be in the Rochester, NY market. Must be able to travel to Tonawanda location weekly for meetings.
• Successful in-home sales experience.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and/or customer service principles and practices.
• Valid driver's license, with safe driving record and reliable transportation.
• Strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Proficient with computer software and the ability to detect/recognize information in written materials or on a computer/tablet/phone screen up to 75% of the time.
• Commitment to learning and using our proprietary sales program.
• Knowledge of construction principles/practices or contractor and/or building experience highly preferred.
• Able to and comfortable with entering a crawlspace underneath a house, ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl. Ability to exert up to 20 lb. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects.
