What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve unit and revenue expectations
- Create, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in the employer's CRM system
- Schedule and conduct meetings with new prospects through phone calls and targeted email campaigns
- Identify customer needs and present solutions to key stakeholders to increase revenue and market share
- Collect and submit necessary paperwork for new sales within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- 2 years of experience in relevant sales/marketing
- Ability to create and manage sales opportunities within a CRM system
- Strong communication skills for conducting meetings and addressing client concerns
- Basic understanding of sales strategies and market trends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll services
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
