• Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses
• Average first year earnings: $50,000–$70,000/yr
• Top reps earn $80,000+/yr
• Sign‑on bonus up to $3,000
• Full- and part‑time roles available

In this position, you will:

• Engage with potential customers with direct, in‑person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
• Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
• Generate interest and schedule our free in‑home product demonstrations – no selling required!
• Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry
• Use this experience as a stepping‑stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career

• No experience required! Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without
• Self‑motivated individuals looking to put in the work
• Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first‑hand
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends (currently hiring for 10 am ‑ 6 pm shifts Wednesday‑Sunday)
• Naturally outgoing and well‑spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
• Physical requirements:
  
  able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day), work outdoors in varying weather conditions, stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotion activities
