How Do You Excel In This Position

The Sales Engineer II is responsible for engaging a defined set of existing and prospective accounts, showcasing how Stark Equipment’s Critical Power Division can align with current and future facility infrastructure needs. The role focuses on design assistance, configuration of product offerings, and pricing strategy for power distribution equipment on new applications and existing critical power equipment. Success is measured by revenue and gross profit targets, and account management attainment benchmarks.

  • Technical understanding of electrical power systems.
