Location: Rochester, NY | HYBRID
Salary Range: $75,000 - $150,000 commission & residuals
Schedule: Full-Time | M-F | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Reports To: HCM Sales Manager
We’re seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial HCM Sales Consultant to help drive growth at Bene-Care. If you’re a seasoned sales professional who thrives in the field, closes with confidence, and loves building a book from the ground up-we want to talk to you.
The HCM Sales Consultant is responsible for generating new business opportunities and promoting Bene-Care’s payroll services to small and medium-sized businesses.
Essential Expectations and Responsibilities:You’ll own the full sales lifecycle, from outreach and in-person consults to customized solution-building and closing. Your goal: establish long-term, revenue-generating relationships with small and mid-market businesses.
Day-to-Day Focus:- Drive outbound activity (cold calls, referrals, networking)
- Conduct high-impact, in-person sales presentations showcasing Bene-Care’s payroll and HCM solutions
- Collaborate with internal experts to build tailored proposals
- Grow and manage a self-generated book of business
- Leverage client referrals and local relationships for momentum
- Provide ongoing client support to ensure satisfaction and long-term value
- Other work-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of HCM/payroll B2B sales experience
- Outside sales experience with a strong record of closing and building a book
- Familiarity with the midmarket segment
- Self-starter with high accountability & strong follow-through
