Brinkman Products, Inc. is an industrial manufacturing company encompassing two specialized divisions:
Davenport Machine and CJWinter. Together, we manufacture proprietary product lines including Davenport multi-spindle screw machines, thread rolling attachments, thread rolls, and precision tooling solutions serving manufacturers worldwide.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our CJWinter Thread Rolling Solutions Team. This position is ideal for an individual with strong technical aptitude and a customer-focused mindset who enjoys working with manufacturing products, supporting customers, processing orders, and helping deliver practical solutions to real-world production challenges.

This role serves as a key link between customers, sales engineers, engineering, manufacturing, and shipping teams to ensure accurate quoting, efficient order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer support.

As part of the Thread Rolling Solutions Team, you will help customers receive the right products, technical support, and timely service while supporting the sales and operational functions of the business.

• Prepare quotations and process orders for thread rolling attachments, thread rolls, tooling, spare parts, and related products.
• Review customer drawings, specifications, and application information to ensure accurate quotations, order entry, and product selection.
• Serve as a primary customer contact for quotations, order status, lead times, shipping schedules, product availability, and basic technical inquiries.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and purchasing teams to ensure customer requirements, delivery dates, and product specifications are clearly understood and executed.
• Work with shipping personnel and freight providers to coordinate domestic and international shipments, prepare required documentation, and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
• Support outside sales engineers by preparing quotations, technical documentation, proposals, and customer follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and order information within CRM and ERP systems while tracking open quotes and supporting sales growth initiatives.
• Assist in resolving customer issues related to orders, shipments, delivery schedules, product specifications, and returns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support trade shows, customer visits, sales initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance customer service and operational efficiency.

• Associate degree, technical certification, business degree, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, order entry, sales support, manufacturing, industrial distribution, or a related environment.
• Experience supporting technical products and manufacturing customers is preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing products and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and specifications preferred.
• Familiarity with machining, tooling, industrial equipment, fasteners, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.
