Lead Officer - Rochester, NY

Securitas Security is looking to hire a few security guards to work at a location in Rochester, NY. The available positions require 10+ years prior security experience. Only candidates who meet this requirement will be considered for these positions.

Candidates will need to meet the Securitas Safe Drive program requirements which includes having a valid NYS Driver's License. Additionally, due to public transport not operating during the days/hours needed for the positions, candidates should have their own reliable means of transportation.

The Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.
