As a Security Officer - Mall Patrol Driver in Rochester, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients across retail/mall environments. You will conduct mobile patrols, monitor assigned areas to deter security‑related incidents, and create a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

$18.00 / Hour

Full Time

• Mon 12:30 PM - 11:30 PM
• Tue 12:30 PM - 11:30 PM
• Wed 12:30 PM - 06:00 PM
• Sun 12:30 PM - 11:30 PM

• Provide customer service by executing security‑related procedures and responding to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and provide assistance as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs.
• Support loss prevention through visible presence and professional interaction.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points.

• A valid New York State Security Guard License is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen as permitted by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and may be required prior to employment.
