• Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves and other appliances.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations.
• Provide customers with value‑added solutions to improve home comfort and protection.
• Maintain vehicle and parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including testing & repair tools.
• Preferred experience diagnosing and repairing home appliances.
• Strong following of directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Smartphone proficiency for parts ordering.
• Pass background & drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for state(s) worked.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Variable & flexible hours, including overtime.
• Ability to read, understand and apply written technical text.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (frequent 50 lbs; occasionally 100 lbs), reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb and crawl.
• Drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
