Facilities Maintenance Technician

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance throughout the building, including fixing structural damage, repairing windows, doors, walls, and changing light bulbs. You will also be tasked with maintaining compressors, chillers, and water towers, repairing plumbing, and working on building electrical and HVAC systems. Groundskeeping of the facility and other outdoor areas will also be part of your duties.

• Perform routine maintenance around the building, such as fixing structural damage, repairing windows, doors, and walls, and changing light bulbs.
• Conduct maintenance on compressors, chillers, and water towers.
• Repair broken or leaking plumbing systems.
• Work on building electrical and HVAC systems.
• Maintain the grounds and outdoor areas of the facility.

• 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing buildings.
• Experience in building maintenance and facilities maintenance.
• Proficiency in HVAC system repair and troubleshooting.
• Skills in electrical systems repairs.

• Experience in boiler maintenance.

Work on a shift schedule with one opening on the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11:30pm with a 6% shift differential, and another opening on the 3rd shift from 11pm to 7:30am with a 12% shift differential. Enjoy a supportive work environment with opportunities for career advancement.

This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.

The pay range for this position is $43,680.00 - $79,040.00/yr.
