Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $37.00/hr
What You'll Do
Install and configure a variety of systems including electronic security, fire alarms, access control, CCTV, intrusion, and network-based intercom systems.
Service and troubleshoot systems to resolve performance issues and ensure adherence to all codes and regulations.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Educate customers on system functionality, features, and service needs.
Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering helpful solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
Uphold high standards of safety, workmanship, and customer care.
What You'll Need
3+ years of experience as a security installation technician.
Valid driver's license with good driving record.
Proficiency with low voltage installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV, intrusion, fire, access control, and intercom systems.
Strong networking knowledge or IT background.
Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
OSHA 10 certification a plus.
Work Requirements
Ability to drive a company vehicle.
Some flexibility regarding schedule and travel between Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse.
Comfortable working in various environments.
Adherence to all safety protocols.
