Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $37.00/hr

What You'll Do

• Install and configure a variety of systems including electronic security, fire alarms, access control, CCTV, intrusion, and network-based intercom systems.

• Service and troubleshoot systems to resolve performance issues and ensure adherence to all codes and regulations.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

• Educate customers on system functionality, features, and service needs.

• Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering helpful solutions.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.

• Uphold high standards of safety, workmanship, and customer care.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience as a security installation technician.

• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

• Proficiency with low voltage installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV, intrusion, fire, access control, and intercom systems.

• Strong networking knowledge or IT background.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• OSHA 10 certification a plus.

Work Requirements

• Ability to drive a company vehicle.

• Some flexibility regarding schedule and travel between Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse.

• Comfortable working in various environments.

• Adherence to all safety protocols.
