Multi-Trades Remodeler

, a locally owned and operated construction company in Rochester since 2007, is seeking an experienced Trades person with good overall knowledge of all trades-from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical. As the company's Multi-Trades Remodeler, you will be responsible for several aspects of the construction process and customer journey.

• Oversee the construction site, ensuring that all work is performed according to plans and specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections and construction inspections to uphold safety standards and compliance.
• Coordinate with Managers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Perform tasks related to the construction, installation, repair, and maintenance of residential projects according to trade expertise.
• Follow blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals to complete projects accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Lead the installation process – including assigning tasks to crew members.
• Troubleshoot any on-site issues that may arise during the installation.
• Participate in customer issue resolution including site visits, oversight of installations, and follow ups
• Attend and contribute in team meetings.
• Other tasks as assigned.

This is a full‑time position with work scheduled during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. You’ll need to be available consistently throughout the week 7am‑6pm and capable of working outdoors in all seasons. This is a year‑round opportunity with no seasonal layoffs.

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in the trades
• Additional experience in excavation/site work, towing/trailering, plumbing, electrical, masonry, and general remodeling
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to manage materials and logistics efficiently
• Ability to lift 80+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors year‑round
• Ability to motivate teams, solve problems, and manage schedules

This Multi‑Trades Remodeler role offers competitive pay starting at $25 – $37/hour depending on experience
