Remodeling Helper at Mad City Windows & Baths is hiring immediately.

Mad City Windows & Baths, a company backed by Renuity, is a reputable remodeling company expanding throughout the Midwest and East Coast. We are seeking A‑Team players to join our growing team. We pay what you are worth based on your experience.

• Show up to work each day and complete quality work.
• Answer homeowner’s questions about the installation and connect homeowners with the office to receive final payment.
• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with utmost respect.

• 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Some window installation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Strong work‑quality standards.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Year‑round work.
