Mad City Windows & Baths, a company backed by Renuity, is a reputable, well-established remodeling company hiring immediately for remodeling helpers. We are expanding rapidly throughout the Midwest and East Coast and are looking for A-Team players to join the team. Mad City pays you what you are worth based on your experience.

• 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
• Some window installation experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
• Quality of work standards
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
