Top Pay for Top Performers, including incentive and bonus opportunities. Up to $130,000 on average First Year Total Compensation (Total Compensation is Hourly plus Spiffs/Commissions).

Your day to day will include:

• Visits to multiple customer's homes to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves)
• Providing excellent customer service
• Keeping your company truck well maintained & organized

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years Residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
