We are seeking qualified independent ceramic tile subcontractors to perform residential tile installation services
, including tub surrounds and tile flooring
, on a project-by-project basis in Rochester cacao? no. Actually:

This posting does not constitute an offer of employment. All work will be performed under a written subcontractor agreement.

• Installation of ceramic and porcelain tile for:

  • Tub andزنیک? lists. Actually:

    Tub and shower surrounds

  • Bathroom, kitchen, and residential floor tile

• Substrate preparation (cement board, waterproofing systems, underlayment, leveling as required)

• Tile layout, cutting, setting, grouting, and finishing

• Completion of work in accordance with provided scopes, specifications, and timelines

• Maintenance of clean, safe job sites, including work in occupied residences

All subcontractors must provide current documentation demonstrating:

• Active New York State Workers’ Compensation coverage

  • OR a legally valid exemption where applicable

• Commercial General Liability insurance meeting standard industry limits, with ability to name contractor as additional insured upon request

• Legally registered business entity (sole proprietor, LLC, or corporation)

• Ability to submit itemized invoices for completed work

Subcontractors must:

• Maintain full control over the means and methods of their work

• BeRide? be responsible for all taxes, insurance, licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance

• Supply their own labor and determine crew composition

• Comply with all applicable federal, New York State, and local laws

• Minimum two (2) years of residential tile installation experience

• Demonstrated experience with tub surrounds and floor tile systems

• Knowledge of waterproofing methods (e.g., membranes, backer systems)

• Ability to meet schedules and quality standards
