Alta Bella Casa is hiring an Apprentice Construction Technician in Rochester, NY, with pay of $22 to $27 per hour. You will support residential construction projects across egress window installations, remodels, and structural work, learning the trade alongside experienced lead technicians and building a real career in the field.

• Structured 30, 60, and 90-day check-ins to set you up for success from day one.

• 90-day performance review with potential performance-based compensation adjustment.
