• Masters level counselor, psychologist, or social worker;
• Must have experience working with diverse populations.

• Knowledge of Brief, Solution Focused Counseling Theory (additional training will be provided);
• Applicants must be willing to participate in case consultation conferences with the coordinator;
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of school systems.

• Mental Health Team Members providing service at the Family Support Center are responsible for the following:
• Providing brief, solution focused counseling services to families in a team setting;
• Maintaining accurate records of all contacts with clients;
• Referring to outside agencies when appropriate;
• Providing services during the evening hours (minimum of four hours per week);
• All other duties as assigned.
